According to the current economic environment, it is projected that unemployment rate will subside by approximately 7.5% by the end of this year. However, that does not mean that the job cuts and layoffs will not be experienced. Most companies use this strategy to reduce their operating costs.

These are the two most powerful ways of expanding your market base and job competitiveness. One of the sure ways of networking and outsourcing is by attending conferences, seminars and other events that are related to your work. Social events can also help you connect with your target customers especially if you are a marketer.
8. Seek additional skills
Nowadays, there are so many learning facilities that offer part-time or evening classes to scholars that are employed. An extra set of skills and certification papers will surely hone your skills and help you scale up to the top level of management. Only enroll in learning facilities that are legally accredited in order to avoid wasting your hard earned money on low quality services.
