MeetUniv allows users to search and apply for higher education abroad. The one-year-old startup lists 3,000 colleges and universities as well as 40,000 undergraduate and postgraduate courses from USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, and so on. It has facilitated 75,000 video calls with universities. The firm has also developed a CRM for universities.
With this round, MeetUniv also gets access to Peesh Venture Capital’s limited partners, most of which are stakeholders of some of the large universities in the US. This is Peesh Venture’s debut investment from its maiden US$50 million fund, which focuses on early stage startups.
The startup is also developing social tools for connecting with universities and counselling via video.
